The Sanghanis
from a family passion to a wider sporting community.
01The beginning
STEMON was established in 2005 after Parimal Sanghani’s daughters, Steffy and Monica, drew him fully into tennis. Born and raised in Mumbai and based in Rajkot from 1996, he studied the sport through books, travel and close observation, then created an academy where young talent could receive structured coaching and see sport as a serious path.
02The daughters
Steffy and Monica grew through the same competitive environment their father was shaping. Their experience as national, AITA and ITF-level players became part of the academy’s coaching knowledge, turning one family’s relationship with tennis into a shared standard for every player who followed.
03The network
What began in Rajkot grew into a network across Gandhidham, Surat and Ahmedabad, with camps in Valsad, Vapi and Pune. The purpose remained consistent: combine technical, physical and mental development with patient guidance, strong competition pathways and opportunities beyond one court.
04The wider game
That same thinking extends into school sports consultancy. By helping institutions shape better sporting environments, STEMON supports not only individual athletes but a broader culture in which disciplined training, participation and long-term development can thrive.
